This sabbat is also known as "Lammas." The first harvest of the year has been made and this sabbat celebrates that. This is one of three sabbats that celebrate the harvest.

It is mostly associated with grains and bread since grain is one of the very first things to be harvested.

Stones: Peridot, yellow Citrine, and yellow Diamond

Foods: Loaves of wheat, oat, and corn bread, barley cakes, potatoes, corn, summer squash, nuts, acorns, wild berries, cider, grapes, crab, pears, rice, and apples

Herbs and Flowers: Myrtle, wheat, hollyhock, ginseng, heather, and sunflower

Oils: wood aloes, sandalwood, rosemary, rose, rosehips, chamomile, eucalyptus, and passion flower

Colors: Red, gray, yellow, brown, orange, and green
